How to make an order ?

Your first order please send us by by e-mail with filled order form and stencil production files.

We advice you to read our recommendations for preparation of stencil production file s. Following of them let you avoid a lot of quantity of mistakes and excess confirmations.

If you like to add a comment to your order, please fill special field in order form.

Please, make sure to note in the order comments if you need the following:

Previously to evaluate and discuss the order cost prior to ordering,
To produce an order only after full payment for it
To increase quantity of stencils more then one, as default
To make the time of production shorter then default one working day
Name of stencil's frame producer and it's model, if the stencil is designed for stretching on a frame. In this case the files should include the frame's drawing with outline and perforation holes
Any other additional information, if it's not described in the standard order form

If request for prior cost value or technical confirmation is not mentioned in order form, the production of such order starts immediately in routine of common queue.

After receiving of order form, our manager will check the completeness of information specified in it and register order in our production system.

During preparation of order for production by our engineer, the confirmation will be sent automatically to the e-mail addresses specified in the order form. In an e-mail, confirmed acceptance your order to production you will find login and password for access to online service of orders at our web site. Using these data you can track production of any order in real-time mode.

Since this moment you can make your orders in round-the-clock real-time mode, directly from our web site. Filled order form is not necessary in this case. Right after sending of order you will receive confirmation about registration order in our system with assignment ID number to it for tracking.
